By placing an order through alexmccavertart.com, you agree to these terms and conditions. Alex McCavert Art reserves the right to update these terms at any time.

Products

All artwork is original and hand-painted unless otherwise stated (e.g. limited edition prints). We make every effort to display colours accurately, but monitor settings may cause slight variations.

Each piece is unique. Dimensions listed are approximate and may vary by up to 2cm.

Pricing

All prices are listed in GBP (British Pounds) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Payment

Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. Full payment is required at the time of purchase.

Commissions

Commissioned artwork requires a 30% non-refundable deposit to secure your slot. The remaining balance is due upon completion, before delivery. Timelines will be agreed during consultation.

Intellectual property

All artwork, images, and content on this website are the property of Alex McCavert Art and are protected by copyright. Reproduction without permission is prohibited.

When you purchase an original painting, you own the physical artwork. Copyright and reproduction rights remain with the artist.

Liability

Alex McCavert Art is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or purchase of artwork, except where required by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
