Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the artwork price.

To initiate a return, please contact us at alex@alexmccavertart.com with your order number and reason for return.

Conditions

• The artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging
• The artwork must not be damaged or altered in any way
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer
• We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service for returns

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned artwork, we will process your refund within 5 working days. The refund will be applied to your original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Damaged items

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at alex@alexmccavertart.com with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including shipping costs.

Commissions

Commissioned artwork is made to order and is therefore non-refundable. The 30% deposit paid at the start of a commission is non-refundable.
